First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a fulltime commitment to you. I can and will do that. I have been a Full Time Real Estate Agent for over five years and also am the Broker Administrator at Liberty One Real Estate. Experience and knowledge are tools I am proud of.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I  have lived in Utah the Majority of my life and am very familiar with every community from Tooele, Saratoga Springs, Ogden, Park City and Salt Lake City.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch.
